The Team

Charity is a Licensed Behavior Analyst with 10 yrs of experience working with clients with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder from 1-69.  Charity received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 2009 and her Masters Degree in Education with a Concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2012.  In 2017, Charity completed her Applied Behavior Analysis Certification.  Charity prides herself in providing highly ethical services and places her clients, families, and therapists as her top priority.  Charity has three amazing daughters and has been married to her best friend for 15 years. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, spending time with her family, and crafting. 

Jennifer spent most of her career behind the scenes in a corporate environment, where she has learned the ins and outs of business operations.  She has spent over 20 yrs in roles such as HR, Payroll, Accounts Payables, Account Receivable and Purchasing.  Upon moving to Tennessee from Chicago, Jennifer switched roles and became a licensed/certified RBT (Registered Behavioral Technician).  Jennifer has been a RBT for 3 yrs.  Jennifer has 2 teenage boys and is married to a wonderful man for 10 yrs.  She also has a dog named Peanut that she adores.  Jennifer loves going camping and hanging out with her family and friends.  She also loves playing ball with her baby girl Peanut.

Iman was born and raised in Bedford Stuyvesant in Brooklyn, New York.  Iman's favorite color is purple and her favorite food is Red Velvet/Cheesecake.  Iman being a mother and now a grandmother has been her greatest reward in life, along with providing services to very special people for over 20 years.  Iman's journey to Clarksville, Tennessee began in June 2023 to be the best grandmother she could be and working with this incredible population, who she learns from and enjoys.  After becoming a volunteer with the Brooklyn Special Olympics, Iman decided to change her major from Graphics Arts to Human Services.

Cheyenne was born and raised in Tennessee.  Cheyenne moved to Clarksville 3 years ago, with her family after she graduated high school.  On her free time, she loves to listen to music and enjoys playing with her dog Hank.  Cheyenne is the middle child with a younger sister and older brother.  She wanted to become a RBT, when she realized she wanted to help kids grow in many ways.  Cheyenne's favorite color is purple and her favorite food is pizza.

Christie was born and raised here in Tennessee.  Christie's hometown is Camden, TN.  She graduated with her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and came straight into the ABA Field.  She loves what she does and finds joy in seeing and being a part of her clients progress.  Cheering them on and advocating for them is her biggest passion.  Christie loves spending time outside, fishing and swimming during the summer.  Any other time, she's home relaxing, listening to music and playing video games.  She's also an aquarium enthusiast.  Christie's favorite color is pink and black and her favorite food is chicken and dumplings.

Alex was born and raised in Buffalo, New York.  In 2021 she took the leap down South, to try something new.  She has been in the ABA field for a little over a year.  Alex has always worked with children or in the mental health field, so she has decided to put them together.  She is the 2nd oldest out of 5 kids.  Her favorite things are Harry Potter and her cats (Ducky and George O'Malley).  Her favorite color is Army Green and her favorite food is Quesabirria Tacos.

Kayla is a mother of 4 girls.  She loves Harry Potter and has the same birthday as Harry Potter.  Kayla has been in the ABA field for 5 years.  Kayla's favorite hobbies are reading Stephen King books and painting.  Her favorite color is green.  Kayla's favorite food are street tacos.

Kara was born and raised in Cave Spring, GA.  Kara completed a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Public Health at Georgia Southern University in Savannah, GA.  She made the move to Clarksville, TN with her husband in June 2024 due to the military.  She enjoys being outside and spending time with her dogs Ace and Bullseye.  Kara's favorite color is green.  Her favorite food is Alfredo.

Libby was born and raised in Hendersonville, TN.  She volunteered with the CDC department in her church and high school.  When she graduated, she started working at a salon that specialized in children and children with special needs giving haircuts.  Libby knew that she had a passion for helping others and working with children.  She spent 9 years cutting hair.  When Libby and her husband moved to Clarksville, TN for the military, she wanted to do more with her passion  and became a RBT.  In Libby's free time, she loves playing with her 2 dogs Nash and Arrow.  She also loves to go to Antique Stores to collect old cameras and work on all things DIY projects.  Libby's favorite color is Rose Gold and Teal.  Her favorite food is pizza.
